These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and purchase of our products. By ordering from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Company Information

Untriggered Club is operated by Ellk L.L.C.-FZ, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. Products

  • All products are print-on-demand (POD) and made to order for you so we don't damage the planet so much.

  • Product colors, sizing, and appearance may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Prices are shown in EUR but can also shown in your own currency and may exclude shipping, taxes, or import duties.

  • Payment is due at the time of order.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our production partners, printful.com - please contact them to get a faster response. 

  • Shipping times vary by region and are estimates only.

  • We are not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.

5. Customs & Duties

  • International buyers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, and import taxes.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Because products are custom-made, we only accept returns in cases of misprints, damage, or manufacturing defects.

  • Customers must notify us within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence.

  • Wrong size ordered by customer or “change of mind” are not eligible for return.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site.

All content, designs, logos, and trademarks on this site are property of Untriggered Club. You may not reproduce or use them without written consent.
