🚚 Shipping Policy – Untriggered Club

Thank you for supporting Untriggered Club. Below you’ll find how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery.

1. Order Processing

All items are print-on-demand (POD) via Printful.com and made to order.
Standard fulfillment takes 2–5 business days before shipping (does not include transit time)
In peak seasons (holidays, promotions), fulfillment may take up to 7 business days (does not include transit time)

2. Shipping Times (Estimates)

Shipping time = fulfillment time + transit time.

United States & Canada
- Standard: 5–12 business days
- Express: 1–3 business days (where available)
Europe & UK
- Standard: 5–15 business days
- Express: 1–3 business days (where available)
Rest of World
- Standard: 10–20 business days

⚠️ These are estimated delivery times provided by our fulfillment partner Printful. They are not guaranteed, as delays can occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

3. Split Shipments

Some products (such as hats, t-shirts or items shipped from different warehouses) may arrive in separate packages.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or unclaimed addresses are held by Printful for 30 days.
Reshipment is possible but additional shipping fees will apply.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or contains a misprint, please contact us at hi@untriggered.club or support@printful.com within 30 days of delivery or estimated delivery date.
We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund where applicable.
