  • All items are made-to-order. Fulfillment usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

  • Yes 🌍! We ship to most countries. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, unfortunately, we can’t deliver there yet.

  • Possibly. Import duties, VAT, and customs fees depend on your country’s laws and are the buyer’s responsibility. These are not included in the product price or shipping fee. (Please read Terms & Conditions for more)

  • Because each item is custom-printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or “change of mind.”

    ✅ Returns are accepted only if your item is damaged, defective, or misprinted.

    Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right. (only damages during shipping or production)

  • Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for size changes since items are made to order. Please check our size guides carefully before placing your order.

  • First, check with your neighbors or local post office. If it’s still missing, email us at hi@untriggered.club with your order number and tracking link. We’ll investigate and work with our fulfillment partner to resolve it.

  • Not always. Some items (like caps, journals, or tshirts) may ship separately, depending on the fulfillment center. You may receive multiple packages for one order.

  • We’re proudly registered in Dubai, UAE 🇦🇪. Our products are produced and shipped by global fulfillment centers so that your order is made as close to you as possible.
